Payments can be received through debit card or direct deposit.

When your child support is finalized you have the option of receiving payments through an e-QuickPay SM Debit MasterCard® or by direct deposit into a checking or savings account.

Expiring Cards

The Ohio E-Quick Pay Card has a “Valid through” date on the front of the card. To ensure you receive a new card, please make sure your address is current with Child Support Services of South Central Ohio Job and Family Services. You should receive your renewal card in the first part of the month your card is due to expire.

Child Support

Child Support is money paid by a parent, who isn’t living with his or her children, to help cover the cost of their care. Child Support helps guarantee that children’s basic needs are met: from food, shelter and clothes to education, transportation and medical expenses.

Protective Services

We provide protective services to the elderly and children who are in danger of harm, unable to protect themselves, and/or have no one else to assist them. SCOJFS is mandated to investigate and evaluate all reports of suspected abuse and neglect.
